Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures, visitor screening, badge distribution, and/or access support for a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Monitor lobby activity, receive and direct visitors, answer general inquiries, and document arrivals, departures, and other front desk activity in accordance with post instructions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Support access control functions by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and helping to deter unauthorized entry through consistent application of security-related policies.
• Observe and report unusual activity, equipment issues, and/or policy concerns at the front desk, and complete required reports with clear and timely details.
