This role is crucial for guest experience, workplace safety, access management, and daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive service mindset, communicate with professionalism and confidence, and pay close attention to details that enhance the workplace environment. Key responsibilities include greeting all individuals, conducting workplace orientations for new employees and visitors, building positive relationships with various stakeholders, anticipating needs, and providing timely updates on service requests. The Ambassador also represents the ServiceNow brand, collaborates with internal teams for event planning and support, and ensures campus readiness for external guests. Administrative duties encompass managing front desk operations, facilitating communication between parties, handling telephone inquiries, maintaining records, and supporting audit documentation. The role also involves administering visitor registration, badge issuance, identity verification, managing badge operations for all personnel, coordinating visitor escorts, and arranging necessary documentation for deliveries. Furthermore, the Lobby Ambassador maintains a visible presence to ensure a safe and secure workplace, monitors and reports suspicious activities, executes emergency protocols (medical, fire, active threat), screens incoming packages, and consistently enforces access policies and clean desk standards.
