About The Position

This role is responsible for the overall supervision and management of Security Operations in the absence of the Director of Security and the Security Manager. The Security Officer Lead will assist in the development of the security team through training, scheduling, conducting evaluations, and issuing corrective action. This position initiates the review of Security Incident Reports and oversees the physical security of the casino and company assets, ensuring the physical safety of guests, employees, and company assets. The role also involves escorting cash, chips, and table drops, reporting any criminal or suspicious activity, and ensuring the department adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and Company policies and procedures. The Security Officer Lead will communicate any violations of Company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements, safeguard the overall integrity of gaming, and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • Frequently required to walk, run, kneel, stretch, push, twist, bend, and lift.
  • Requires visual acuity to perform close-up activities and peripheral oversight
  • Frequently required to lift up to a maximum of 30 pounds
  • The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
