About The Position

The Security Lead is responsible for the duties of Security Guard and to provide guidance to the security group. This person shall ensure that all equipment is kept in operating order and that policy and procedures are being followed.

Requirements

High School diploma or (GED) equivalent
Three years minimum of experience or certification
Ability to spend the majority of the work day standing and walking.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to make outside rounds during all seasons in all weather conditions.
Ability to make rounds in the facility which will also expose them to a variety of temperatures and conditions.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

Adhere to proper manufacturing methods to sustain Food Safety and Quality expectations.
Collaborate and resolve issues quickly and efficiently focusing on our company's Core Values.
Complete schedule.
Ensure that all shifts are covered.
Resolve disputes amongst employees.
Promote professionalism of the group.
Check all boxes, packages, bags, containers and the likes that are entering and leaving the property.
Conduct Security rounds.
Check in and out trailers.
Monitor people’s coming and going.
Monitor the parking lot.
Complete forms as necessary.
Monitor the CCTV.
Write reports.
Enforce policies and procedures.
