This role is responsible for the training of new and current employees in duty positions for the Security Department. The Security Lead Officer (STO) will train employees in specific shift duties and general knowledge in preparation for quality control evaluation, ensuring security-training standards are properly documented. The STO works with trainees to ensure correct standardized methods are performed, observing and correcting actions as necessary, and reporting all activities of assigned trainees. The role involves identifying and reporting further training needs, conducting classroom instruction, and assisting with special functions as requested by Security Captain or Manager.
