About The Position

Lead and support assigned security officers to ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors; monitor performance, review reports for accuracy, and promote teamwork and accountability. Coordinate daily operations by prioritizing workflow, supporting decision-making and problem-solving, addressing escalated issues, and assisting with staffing and organizational planning. Investigate, document, and manage security incidents and hazards while performing core security officer duties as needed. Conduct foot and vehicle patrols, enforce traffic and parking regulations, and operate security vehicles safely and responsibly.

Requirements

• Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• High School diploma equivalency and 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree and 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

• BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
