Security - Officer Lead
About The Position
This role is responsible for the overall supervision and management of Security Operations in the absence of the Director of Security and the Security Manager. The Security Officer Lead will foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere and enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations. The role also involves assisting in the development of the security team through training, scheduling, conducting evaluations, and issuing corrective action. The Security Officer Lead will initiate the review of Security Incident Reports and oversee the physical security of the casino and company assets, ensuring the physical safety of guests, employees, and company assets. This position requires escorting cash, chips, and table drops as needed, reporting any criminal or suspicious activity without hesitation, and ensuring the department adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and Company policies and procedures. The Security Officer Lead will communicate any violations of Company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements and safeguard the overall integrity of gaming. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Requirements
- Frequently required to walk, run, kneel, stretch, push, twist, bend, and lift.
- Requires visual acuity to perform close-up activities and peripheral oversight
- Frequently required to lift up to a maximum of 30 pounds
