As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will assist patients, visitors, and staff with clear communication and service-focused support, while documenting observations and reporting concerns. Requirements
- Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, reporting hazards, and coordinating with clinical staff and/or local responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; working environments and conditions may vary by assignment.
- Monitor access points and controlled areas as assigned, verifying authorization, assisting with directions, and reporting suspicious activity in accordance with site requirements.
- Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
