As a Security Officer Hospital Patient Watch in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment while responding to security-related concerns with professionalism. Requirements

Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or a college degree.
Hospital positions require vaccinations.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating information through established communication channels as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation.
Communicate professionally with site personnel and emergency responders, following post orders and supporting a professional environment for all occupants.
