As a Security Officer Government Experienced Patrol in Santa Ana, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Professional at an innovative technology location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, manage access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly, assist employees and visitors, and deliver exceptional customer service. Requirements

• Have at least two years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a sensitive technology location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, work areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access attempts and/or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Document patrol findings, incidents, and security-related concerns through clear and accurate reports.
