As a Security Officer Full Time Mobile Patrol Driver in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires meeting Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication, teamwork, and integrity while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture.

Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Respond to incidents, medical facility disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
  • Monitor access points and assist with visitor directions, wayfinding, and reporting of suspicious activity or facility concerns.
  • Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
