About The Position

As a Security Officer Full Time Dispatch Operations in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Requirements

• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive and prioritize calls for service, and coordinate responses by on-site personnel to routine requests, incidents, and critical situations.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, key and access-related records, and shift activity documentation in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating relevant information to appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, parking facilities, building perimeters, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
