As a Security Officer Full Time Access Driver in Deer Park, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor entry points, verify authorized access, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This driving position combines customer service, clear communication, and operational awareness in a dynamic environment. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortably use a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate at a chemical/petrochemical location.
Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, processing authorized visitors, contractors, and deliveries, and maintaining required entry records.
Respond to access-control alarms, unauthorized-entry attempts, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, business areas, perimeter locations, and restricted areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Document incidents, observations, access-control activity, and shift information accurately, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
