As a Security Officer Full Time Access Desk Coordinator in Boca Raton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer at a food and beverage location, you will help maintain a welcoming, controlled environment by verifying credentials, managing visitor and employee access, and monitoring entry points. You will provide professional customer service, communicate clearly, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage distribution location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, processing authorized visitors and deliveries, maintaining access logs, and reporting unauthorized access attempts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and transportation partners while documenting daily activities, incidents, and observations in required reports.
