About The Position

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for this positions

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures, visitor reception duties, badge and access support, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor lobby and entry activity, greet visitors, confirm appointments, and direct tenants, guests, and vendors according to location protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and reporting them through proper channels.
• Support access control operations by assisting with sign-in procedures, credential verification, key and/or package handling, and communication with building management and emergency contacts.
• Maintain a professional presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access, answer questions, and provide information related to building policies and daily operations.
