As a Security Officer Front Desk in Bradenton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal at a professional financial institution location as a Front Desk Officer, where you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity from a stationary post, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk responsibilities at a financial institution location.
  • Monitor lobby and reception activity, manage access procedures, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor and vendor arrivals and departures.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders when appropriate.
  • Answer phones, assist with directions and general inquiries, maintain front desk logs and reports, and support security-related policies and emergency response activities.
