Requirements

  • Have at least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
  • Possess a DD214 with Honorable Discharge, an associate degree, 60 college credits, a police academy certificate, and/or a corrections academy certificate.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by greeting employees, visitors, and vendors at the front desk, following site-specific policies and front desk procedures for a financial institution location.
  • Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify identification and/or visitor credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access through professional presence and documented access control practices.
  • Answer phones, assist with directions and general inquiries, and support sign-in, badge issuance, and visitor logging processes in accordance with site guidelines.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate contacts and documenting security-related concerns as needed.
  • Observe activity at the front desk and surrounding reception area, report unusual behavior and/or maintenance concerns, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.
