As a Security Officer Front Desk in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will provide a welcoming presence, assist visitors, manage access, and support security-related operations through attentive customer service and clear communication. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials as required, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor records.
  • Receive and direct calls, deliveries, and inquiries in a professional manner while maintaining awareness of activity in the lobby and entrance areas.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders when needed.
  • Maintain front desk logs, complete required reports, and communicate relevant security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.
