About The Position

As a Security Officer Front Desk in Beverly Hills, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, managing visitor check-in and/or sign-out processes, and directing guests in a professional manner.
• Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and communicate important information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details through required reports and logs.
• Support a professional lobby presence by observing entry areas, helping to deter unauthorized access, and reporting security-related concerns according to site policies.
