Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, employees, contractors, and delivery personnel at the front desk of a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain accurate visitor and access records in accordance with site-specific policies.
Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general information, and route inquiries to appropriate personnel or departments.
Monitor security-related systems, including cameras, alarms, and access-control notifications, and report unusual activity or system concerns according to established procedures.
Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders when needed.
