This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Greet and screen visitors at the front desk, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and direct individuals to the appropriate department or waiting area.
• Monitor access to the healthcare location, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and report unauthorized access concerns or unusual activity according to site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Support a professional and welcoming front-desk environment while helping to deter unauthorized entry and protecting confidential patient and facility information.
