Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific policies, managing front desk activity, and supporting security-related procedures within a financial services location.
  • Monitor lobby and reception areas, verify identification and visitor credentials, issue access badges as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and/or delivery logs.
  • Answer questions, provide directions, and communicate with building contacts regarding appointments, arrivals, and other front desk-related concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through appropriate site reporting channels.
  • Support access control and other security-related operations by observing entry points, helping to deter unauthorized access, and notifying site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
