As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine checks, and maintain a visible presence that may help to reduce security-related incidents. You will support tenants and visitors with professional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting of observations. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license and compliance with AU Driver Policy requirements. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout commercial property areas including lobbies, corridors, stairwells, parking areas, and perimeter, documenting conditions and reporting concerns.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and/or building systems when assigned, and communicate observations to property management and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with tenant concerns, medical calls, disturbances, and/or maintenance-related issues.
• Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports, support post orders, and coordinate with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders as needed.
