As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading educational location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support students, faculty, staff, and visitors with clear communication and customer service. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to students, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an education location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including communicating with campus partners and/or public responders as directed. Conduct regular and random foot patrols of academic buildings, residence areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location. Monitor access points and assist with visitor entry processes, checking identification and/or authorizations when required and reporting irregularities to the appropriate personnel. Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and daily activity documentation, and notify supervision of maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy concerns observed during rounds. Minimum Requirements: Possess a New York State Security Guard License. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Requirements

• Possess a New York State Security Guard License.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
