About The Position

As a Security Officer Field Patrol Driver in Fulton, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a utilities location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.

A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a utilities location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including operational areas, access points, and perimeter areas, noting unusual activity and/or conditions.
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Complete required reports and logs related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or observations, supporting clear communication with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
