About The Position

You will support daily operations through strong customer service and communication while working as part of a caring, agile, and reliable team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Requirements

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or conditions requiring security-related attention.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete assigned reports, logs, and/or incident documentation while supporting daily operations and following Allied Universal post instructions.
