About The Position

As a Security Officer Experienced Patrol Driver in Ashville, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Requirements

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to verify authorized access, report policy violations, and support security-related operations at the location.
• Prepare clear, timely reports on incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious activity, and relay relevant information to supervisors and site representatives.
