Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, contractors, and employees by following site-specific access control procedures, credential verification steps, and security-related policies at an industrial location.
Monitor entry and exit points, review badges, visitor logs, and delivery documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, gates, and access points, with attention to varying working environments and conditions across the location.
Support daily operations by documenting activity, reporting maintenance or access concerns, and assisting with traffic flow for employees, guests, and/or vendors entering or leaving the site.
