Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Monitor entrances, verify identification and credentials, process visitor check-in and/or check-out, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and documenting security-related activities according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, production areas, shipping and receiving zones, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
Support badge and key control processes, maintain accurate access logs, and communicate with site personnel regarding deliveries, visitors, and/or security-related concerns.
