Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, issue and collect credentials, and maintain accurate access logs.
Control access for deliveries, vendors, and transportation personnel in accordance with site procedures, helping to protect restricted production, warehouse, and administrative areas.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, parking areas, perimeter locations, and other assigned areas; report unusual conditions and security-related concerns.
