Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, maintain visitor logs, and help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter while observing for unusual conditions or policy violations.
Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership, complete required reports, and document access-related activities accurately.
