About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer Enhanced Bank Patrol in Redlands, California. The position provides a fixed weekly shift at an assigned site, with a six-month commitment, and offers the option to claim additional shifts through the company scheduling platform. The role may suit candidates seeking stable part-time hours with the flexibility to work additional shifts and potentially build up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week.

The listed schedule is Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM. The pay rate is $19.00 per hour. Duties include providing customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies, patrolling the property, monitoring access and activity, responding to incidents and alarms, and documenting observations and activities.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21 or older for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• Have a valid driver’s license if assigned to a driving position.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and property perimeters to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, documenting observations and notifications as required.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate professionally with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
