Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related access control activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or authorization, and document visitor, vendor, and/or delivery activity according to post orders and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and emergency personnel when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help identify unauthorized access, unusual conditions, and/or security-related concerns.
• Support badge checks, key and/or access device control, and maintain accurate logs, reports, and other required documentation related to daily post activity.
