Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a residential community location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support residents, guests, and staff with outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
An EMT certification is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific procedures, following post orders, and when appropriate, responding to emergency and other security-related situations.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including common areas, entry points, and perimeter areas as assigned.
Observe and report suspicious, hazardous, and/or unauthorized activity to the appropriate contacts in accordance with site procedures.
Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and routine reporting to help support site operations and help to deter unwanted activity.
