As a Security Officer Driving Role in Los Lunas, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine driving and foot patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will be part of a caring, agile, and reliable team that puts people first and acts with integrity every day.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and support authorized entry and exit procedures for personnel, deliveries, and/or vendors.
• Document incidents, daily activities, and/or maintenance or operational concerns, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as needed.
