Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and report details according to Allied Universal and location guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including parking areas, perimeter routes, showroom entrances, and service or delivery areas, helping to identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, assist with visitor and/or vendor check-in procedures, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Observe the condition of gates, doors, lighting, and other property features during patrols and communicate maintenance or security-related issues to the appropriate contacts.
