About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Route Patrol in Naperville, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a dynamic hotel and resort entertainment location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. Requirements

Have at least two years of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to guest, visitor, and operational incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout entertainment, dining, event, and parking areas, as well as around the building perimeter.
Observe and report unusual activity, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control, guest directions, crowd management, and security-related support during busy periods and special events.
