As a Security Officer Full Time Driver Patrol in Framingham, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support access activities, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. In this driving post, you will help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence, routine patrols, and responsive support. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response support appropriate to the location.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access, support visitor and staff directions, and report security-related concerns.
  • Assist with healthcare location protocols by observing patient and visitor traffic, supporting orderly operations, and reporting hazards, maintenance issues, and/or policy concerns to the appropriate personnel.
