Join Allied Universal at a dynamic tech and telecommunications location as an unarmed patrol officer in a driving post. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas by foot, bike, and vehicle, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be able to ride a bike.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Handcuffing certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support authorized entry and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with routine security-related checks of the location, including observing equipment areas and common spaces, and reporting maintenance, policy, and/or incident-related issues.
