About The Position

As a part-time, unarmed Security Officer Driver Patrol in Archbald, Pennsylvania, you will support an aerospace and defense location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help deter security-related incidents through a visible presence, and provide customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license that complies with Allied Universal’s driver policy requirements. The schedule is Friday and Saturday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The stated pay rate is $18.22 per hour.

Requirements

Possess a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; the license must be provided for verification during the application process.
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; armed roles require candidates to be at least 21.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following site-specific security procedures and policies and, when appropriate, carrying out emergency response activities.
Monitor access points and verify visitor, employee, and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, documenting and reporting observations through established channels.
Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, business operations spaces, and the facility perimeter to identify unusual conditions.
Support access-control and visitor-management processes at an aerospace and defense-related location while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
