About The Position

As a Security Officer Driver Mobile Patrol in Elizabethtown, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer at a dynamic automotive manufacturing location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support a secure environment, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, check credentials as required, and assist with the flow of employees, contractors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, communicating clearly with site personnel, and completing required logs, reports, and other security-related documentation.
