Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out site-specific policies, front desk procedures, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
Monitor lobby and reception activities, help to verify visitor access, issue credentials as directed, and maintain front desk logs and/or reports related to security-related operations.
Answer phones, greet guests, and support check-in processes in a professional manner while communicating clearly with site contacts regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or security-related concerns.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations, unusual activity, and/or policy-related issues for follow-up.
