As a Security Officer Driver Front Desk in Malvern, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor processing, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Monitor access to the location by greeting employees, guests, and vendors, reviewing identification and/or credentials, and documenting arrivals and departures according to site guidelines.
  • Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to the appropriate personnel when needed.
  • Support front desk operations by answering phones, providing directions, managing visitor logs, and reporting unusual activity or policy concerns to Allied Universal and/or site leadership.
  • Maintain awareness of lobby and reception area activity to help deter unauthorized access and support a professional presence within a financial services location.
