You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and provide strong customer service and communication while delivering security-related support with teamwork, reliability, and integrity.

Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential verification, and visitor processing at an automotive location.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization for site access, and help to deter unauthorized activity through consistent application of security-related policies and protocols.
  • Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident documentation, and access records, and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or equipment issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around designated areas, entry points, and the perimeter as assigned, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
