You will remain visible, perform routine patrols, and provide strong customer service and communication. Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen employees, visitors, packages, and/or vehicles entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and site protocols.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document arrivals, departures, and other required activity logs with attention to detail.
• Respond to incidents, policy concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues through appropriate channels when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing for unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.
