As a Security Officer Driver Check In in West Memphis, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and help manage badge access for employees and visitors. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will remain visible, support security-related operations, and deliver outstanding customer service with the agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity that define Allied Universal.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, visitor screening, and/or credential verification for a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, access control issues, and/or conditions that may require a security-related response.
• Support deliveries, employee arrivals, and contractor access by following check-in and check-out procedures, communicating clearly with site personnel, and documenting daily activities and incidents.
