In this role, you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, document incidents, and help respond to security-related needs with professionalism and care. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, calls for service, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while coordinating communication with on-site personnel and/or local responders.
  • Monitor communication systems, incoming reports, and security-related activity across the location to help support timely documentation and response efforts.
  • Maintain detailed logs, incident records, and shift activity reports, sharing relevant updates with supervisors, client contacts, and/or field personnel.
  • Coordinate regular and random patrol requests around the business and perimeter, understanding that working environments and conditions may vary by location.
