As a Security Officer Dispatcher SOC in Irvine, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Officer supporting a dynamic commercial real estate location. In this role, you will monitor activity, coordinate responses to security-related incidents, manage communications across the property, and help maintain an organized environment for residents, guests, and staff. Requirements

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, which is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor phones, radios, cameras, and/or building systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and dispatch appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance-related concerns, and critical situations by gathering details, prioritizing requests, and relaying information to site personnel and/or local responders as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation to support security-related operations and help to communicate activity across the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, while supporting a professional presence in a commercial real estate residential environment.
