As a Dispatch Officer at a premier financial institution location, you will monitor activity, coordinate responses to security-related events, manage communications, and support access-related operations with professionalism and care. Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, coordinating access-related activity, and supporting security-related communications for the location.
  • Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or other dispatch systems, document incoming calls and activity, and relay information to onsite personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Respond to incidents, urgent requests, and critical situations by prioritizing communications, dispatching appropriate personnel, and escalating concerns according to site-specific protocols.
  • Maintain detailed logs, reports, and records of incidents, visitor activity, deliveries, and/or after-hours requests to help support daily operations at a financial institution location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrol coordination across the business and perimeter, and communicate updates on changing conditions, access concerns, and/or emergency response activity as needed.
