About The Position

As a Security Officer Dispatch Operations Specialist in Richardson, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Requirements

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, cameras, and building systems; dispatch appropriate personnel and/or emergency services according to established procedures.
• Receive, document, and communicate routine requests, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor information, and records of communications and service requests.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated building areas and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
